Mission
Incorporate mechanistic and objective physiological outcome measures into behavioral and lifestyle interventions, and to provide training and education on physiological outcome measurement data collection and data interpretation.
Priorities
Incorporate psychophysiological measures into grant applications (e.g., mechanistic aims or objective outcomes).
Offer educational and training opportunities to expand the use of mechanistic and objective physiological measures into biobehavioral and lifestyle intervention projects.
Develop and disseminate resources to encourage engagement with the PPC and interest in mechanistic-based studies.
Continue to sustain and build available lab space and equipment available for the PPC through equipment grants and philanthropy.
