CHOIR Partnerships, Recruitment and Retention in Research (PRRR) Core

Mission Statement

The mission of the PRRR Core is to amplify the voices of community members in CHOIR research, with the goal of advancing science, increasing inclusion, and strengthening community wellness.

Broadly, we aim to:

• Support and facilitate CHOIR investigators to build and nurture long-term, trusting, and mutual relationships with non-research partners.

• Helping CHOIR investigators prioritize community needs in the development, conduct, and dissemination of their program of research.

• Ensure CHOIR research is aligned with a broader mission to eliminate health disparities and achieve health justice.
